All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS, USPS, FedEx or Canada Post. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days following the weekend or holiday.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery.
Please note that you are responsible for providing us with your correct address. In the event that an incorrect address or incorrect postal /zip code is provided, the shipment will be delayed We do NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses, If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.

Important! You have 14 business days to call us at 604-372-1180 to report any damage.
You may cancel any order without charge or penalty as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Any item that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled, and if returned, will be subject to the restock fee and shipping costs.
You may return All items within 30 days of receipt for a full parts refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, and have not been installed.

Simply indicate the reason for the return. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return. If you want credit/exchange, we will issue credit or ship the new parts out via UPS ground service.
